Made completely naturally and with minimum intervention. The grenache grapes, accompanied by a percentage of a wide ranging field blend undergo a short (4-5 days) static maceration, considerably less than most red wines. This results in a lighter coloured wine with softer and dare-we-say friendlier tannins. Fresh and fruit-filled on the palate with blackberries and violets this has great grip and structure as proof of its high altitude origins.
